The Ukrainian Child’s Carol for clarinet quartet

$10.00

This quartet is a creative combination of the Ukrainian Carol (Carol of the Bells) and the 15th century plainsong Greensleeves (What Child is This?) by superimposing them polyphonically.

The result is an interesting combination of pleasant dissonances and beautiful resolutions. It will please performers and audiences alike.

The parts are simple to play. The bass clarinet does not go below low E. The only altissimo notes are two instances of D and E which can be taken down an octave if necessary.
