Rage Over a Lost Penny for flute ensemble

Beethoven’s famous Rondo for piano makes a wonderfully virtuoso arrangement for five flutes. Listening to the trickling staccato scales, one can easily imagine that, as the small coin rolls into the gutter, old Mr. Beethoven runs mad about his loss! The flutes can show all their elegant agility in this show piece.
