Noel Joy for flute quintet

$8.00

As one of the oldest noels, this sweet melody is based on a 15th century manuscript. The music offers the scene of angels’ declaring the birth of Jesus to the shepherds. It should be performed with energy and joy as the shepherd express “noel joy” throughout the piece, as notated by the accented chords. While this may be quite satisfying with 5 concert flutes, it will be nicely enhanced with the addition of the piccolo, alto, and bass flutes, and even a contrabass flute if available.
