Humoreske for clarinet quartet

$6.00

Paul Juon (1872-1940), a little-known Russian born Swiss composer, wrote many excellent works that are rarely heard today. This clarinet quartet is an arrangement of his Humoreske, op. 18, no. 7 for clarinet or violin, cello, and piano. It is one of his original “Nine Miniatures for Piano” that he wrote in 1920. This piece has a Baltic gypsy flavor that reflects the composer’s Russian heritage. It pairs well with Juon’s Reverie, which is also available on ScoreVivo.
