Freedom Pride March for flute septet and drums

$14.00

This energetic march is really two-in-one. The first is in 4/4 and the second in 6/8. The glue that keeps them together is the upbeat drum line, which can be played on timbales, snare drums, cajon, or any other drums considered suitable by the percussionist. The contrabass flute should try to approach the sound of a tuba. (Be the tuba!) In the absence of a contra, its part may be played on a spirited string bass. The concept is to play with a very positive, joyful feeling, full of pride for freedom. All the better if the listeners are moved to tap their feets or clap their hands. Enjoy!
