Etude Op 10 No 3 for flute quintet

$8.00

Frederic Chopin‘s Etude #3 is a romantic piece with lush harmonies that is included in a Hollywood movie biopic of the composer, as a prime example of his talents. This arrangement is for three C-flutes, alto flute, and bass flute. A nice addition to the ensemble would be contrabass flute doubling the bass part, as Chopin frequently added the extra lower octave in much of his music. There are no particular technical difficulties, aside from carefully following occasional rapidly changing dynamics and articulation for best dramatic effect.
