Elegie for contrabass flute and piano
$4.00
Debussy wrote his Elegie in December of 1915 when he was shell-shocked by the devastating events of the First World War and also still recovering from cancer surgery. Elegie was the only piano piece he composed during that year, and it was to be his last for that instrument. Due to his deteriorating health, he wrote very little afterwards.
