Gabriel Pierné composed Canzonetta in 1888 when he was only 25. He dedicated it to his friend, Charles Turban, who eventually followed Cyrille Rose as Professor of clarinet at the Paris Conservatoire (1900-1904). Enjoy this arrangement for solo clarinet and flute ensemble.
