A Song for Peace (Let There Be Peace) for flute octet and string bass optional

$17.00

In the 1960’s young song writers penned songs of peace with the intention of changing their warring world. In the 2020’s we live again in a warring world. As a senior citizen, the composer knows that songs by themselves will not bring peace. However, if enough of us want it, collectively, over time we may achieve it. This piece should be played with serenity, in a wishful way. Give slight separation to the notes, as when singing, and ultimately more energy until finishing with a rousing forte. Today again, give peace a chance! Let there be peace.
